When I do an Export from the SQLMA I get the above error. This is causing the MA to take 5 hours to run for 5000 users.
Is there any way that I can clean up these errors to return performance to normal. I am not getting any errors on any other MA.

Maybe some more information about your configuration and versions could help.
what you always can do is use SQL Profiler to get some more diagnostic information from SQL.
Are there any eventlog entries you could provide to us ?
